EMILY HOOPER

Emily graduated from Southampton University in 2003.

Since then she has worked within the NHS, military and private sectors. She has experience with treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders, orthopaedic conditions, sports and battle injuries. Emily helps individuals to achieve their specific goals through her experience and knowledge of injury management, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilisation, biomechanics, Pilates and conditioning.

She is a qualified Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, and is also qualified in acupuncture and dry needling.

She has also worked with national level basketball teams, been a member of the London Marathon physiotherapy team, and worked as part of the medical teams supporting the ‘4 Peaks Challenge’ event.
